BY SUBMITTING THIS PAYMENT I ACKNOWLEDGE THE FOLLOWING
DEPOSIT POLICY
*You must use deposit within a year from the day deposit was placed. Deposit will be forfeited to the artist after expiration date.
*Tattoo deposit CANNOT be transferred to another person.
*All deposits are for THE set date and time of the specific tattoo that was discussed by the artist and the client.
*If changes to the date need to be made, you must let the artist know 48 hours prior to your set appointment time.
*You’re allowed to reschedule your appointment a maximum of two (2) times before forfeiting the deposit.
*If you decide to change the tattoo idea from the original submission, you must let the artist know 48 hours prior to your appointment.It is then up to the artist to keep the existing appointment or reschedule for a later date.
*No drawings of the tattoo will be sent prior to your appointment. The design will be presented at your scheduled appointment date. You may request a consultation either in person or over the phone at least a week prior to your appointment to go over design specifics. This consultation is strictly to discuss ideas and not see or create an actual design.
*In the event of the tattoo design not being to your liking at the time of your scheduled appointment, the artist will try their best to accommodate your changes to complete the tattoo the same day. If the artist needs a substantial amount of time to complete the changes, they will move your deposit to a later, agreed upon date and time.
*ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS.
